When will testing be available?
We plan to open in 2028, subject to radioactive-materials licensing, commissioning and validation. We will share firm dates as approvals progress.
Are you accepting parts now?
No. We will not accept parts until the facility is licensed, commissioned and validated for the work. Today we are planning 2028 capacity with prospective customers.
What devices can be tested?
The intended scope is low-dose-rate total ionizing dose testing, chiefly of ELDRS-susceptible bipolar and BiCMOS linear and mixed-signal parts. Final capabilities will be confirmed at commissioning.
How long does a low-dose-rate test take?
At 10 mrad(Si)/s, the MIL-STD-883 TM 1019 Condition D rate, each 10 krad(Si) takes about 11.6 days of irradiation, so a 50 krad(Si) exposure takes about 57.9 days. Use our ELDRS test duration calculator for other doses and rates.
Can multiple lots be tested at the same time?
Often, when the lots share a compatible dose rate, schedule, bias arrangement and geometry in a validated configuration. We will confirm this case by case.
Will you offer in-situ measurements?
In-situ parametric measurement is under development. We will not offer continuous parametric data until the capability is validated.
Can capacity be reserved annually?
We are discussing conditional 2028 annual-capacity arrangements with recurring users, subject to compatible irradiation conditions and successful commissioning. Use the inquiry form to start that conversation.
Do you do the electrical testing and analysis?
No. We plan to deliver the dose and the records that prove it. Your team, or the radiation-effects engineer you choose, owns electrical measurements, analysis and the qualification decision.
